RoHS Material Composition Declarations |
European Commission Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) requires that all electronic components manufactured in and exported to the European Union nations be free of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium VI, PBB and PBDE effective July 1, 2006.
RoHS might affect your company regardless of where you are located. If you are selling systems in the European Union, you need to become knowledgeable about RoHS to insure you can continue your product sales.
